Community Orthopedic Rehabilitation (COR) offers one of the most unique therapy environments available in Wisconsin.  Located in the Kohler Sports Core in Kohler,  the most state-of-the-art health clubs in the area, COR prides itself on the ability to provide one-on-one patient care in a calming, comfortable environment. 

 Our staff has a combined 100+ years of experience in Occupational and Physical Therapy.  We apply a team approach to each patients' rehabilation and have the experienc and flexibility to plan programs to suit all types of diagnoses.

One on One

COR's therapists employ evidence-based therapy to optimize the function, mobility, and independence of each of our patients, using an array of therapeutic interventions and modalities as well as the fully equipped Kohler Sports Core equipment and facilities.

COR's Highly Trained Staff and Facility Make the Difference

COR has highly-trained, licensed therapist with many different specialities including (but not limited to) hand therapy, sports medicine, orthopedic conditions including post surgical, neurological disorders, chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Lymphedema, arthritic conditions, work injuries, back and neck pain, strain/sprain, tendonitis and pediatric. 

 COR's skilled therapy accepts referrals from an MD, DO, Podiatrist, Dentist (for facial or TMJ pain), Chiropractor, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician's Assistant.

COR's unique location within the Kohler Sports Core gives us full access to it's cardio, and weighted systems, Pilate's Room, two heated swimming pools, and Yoga Room.  These specialized areas give us the ability to carry out numerous one-on-one therapy treatments in comfortable, non-clinical settings. 

COR RESPONSE

The unique COR Response specialty program, was designed to help reduce unnecessary health care expensese for patients experiencing minor physical discomforts.  This program allows for 20 minute consults at COR for a reduced fee.  Ailments and discomfortts are assessed and addressed through our proprietary approach.  This proven program has alleviated th discomforts of 85-99% of its participants throughout North America.
